As well as ensuring employer partners are equally supported in their participation of UCN WIL programs, employers can build their on campus recruitment strategy through participation at career events, information sessions, job postings, and more!

Riipen- Level Up

Are you ready to LevelUp your Business with brilliant minds? Let Riipen help you grow your business with the help of students through short-term fully funded projects!

This is an opportunity for your business to:

  • Create a project of your choice and get top students to work on it.
  • Design your project on a 2-8 week timeline that works for you and the students. 
  • Choose from a variety of customizable project templates to get you started in no time.
  • Students are compensated directly through Riipen thanks to the Government of Canada, meaning there is no cost to you.
  • All engagements are designed to be 80-hours long per student and done remotely.

Our events are open to all students regardless of academic discipline or level of study and we encourage everyone to attend our events. However, for employers wishing to target a particular academic discipline or year group we can work with our contacts across campus to help market the event to relevant students.
